TeamTracks

Process management software for after-sales support teams

Visit TeamTracks

TeamTracks is a no-code web platform for defining, executing and evolving custom business process workflows, aimed at after-sales support, quality and service teams in manufacturing. It addresses the need to manage processes such as RMA and product return handling, warranty claims, service management, CAPA tracking and customer service, where teams require their own data structures and process flows rather than a fixed application.

Users define custom data objects called Tracks, each with custom fields, screens, lists, reports and charts, along with states, workflows, automations and role-based access control down to the field level. A customer or client portal lets external users submit requests, attach files, edit requests and view status. Team members work through a team interface with navigation, lists, reports, charts, messages and alerts. A REST API supports integration with legacy ERP, CRM and PLM systems, and Zapier integration is listed for the Business Edition.

TeamTracks is offered in Business and Enterprise editions, each bundling a set of full, admin and read-only licenses with additional licenses available per seat. The Business Edition includes Zapier integration, while the Enterprise Edition adds the full API, SSO, custom domain and white label options. Both editions include assisted configuration setup, custom onboarding support and enterprise integrations.
