The platform includes a built-in AI engine (Solvyr) that automates triage, suggests resolutions, drafts communications and analyses survey responses. It is ITIL-aligned, SDI-compliant, and hosted on Microsoft Azure in UK data centres. Sunrise is available through the G-Cloud framework for public sector buyers.
