Core capabilities include an inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, a flow builder for automated conversations, CRM with unlimited contacts and products, AI agents that connect to the OpenAI API (API and credits not included), automations with Zapier and Pabbly integrations, email credits for broadcasts and campaigns, and analytics covering conversions and campaign performance. Use cases span FAQ support, delivery status, issue triage, product knowledge, birthday reminders, sales closing, lead qualification, promotions and follow-up surveys. Apps are available for iOS and Android.
Strive is aimed at e-commerce teams of varying size. Plans are seat-based and billed monthly or yearly: Lite includes 5 users, Standard 10 users and Pro 25 users, each with additional per-user fees, differing channel limits, flow limits, email credits, storage and backup retention. Optional add-ons cover extra AI agents, a sales module, email credits and storage. Done-for-you services are available to subscribers, with hourly billing for integrations and setup work, and project-based pricing for AI agent design and rollout.
