Natterbox is a cloud contact center platform built natively inside Salesforce, combining voice, digital channels and AI in a single system managed within the CRM. Founded in 2009, it addresses the challenge of running customer communications across phone and messaging channels while keeping interaction data, reporting and administration in one place.
The platform covers telephony with IVR, auto-attendant, hunt groups, call recording, listen-in, barge and whisper, dashboards and reports, plus digital channels including SMS, WhatsApp and video. AI capabilities include AI Advisor for coaching and post-call automation, AI Assistants for answering common questions, and AI Agents for handling customer queries across voice, SMS, WhatsApp and Chat. Administration is handled through a drag-and-drop IVR builder and clicks-not-code configuration in Salesforce, with device support for mobile, web browser and Microsoft Teams. Integrations extend to third-party tools and platforms such as Agentforce.
Natterbox is aimed at contact centers, sales and operations teams, including remote working setups, across industries such as financial services, retail, recruitment and manufacturing. It is packaged in three seat-based editions: Pro for small to midsize contact centers and sales teams, Premium adding digital channels and routing features, and Enterprise adding AI capabilities with custom pricing on request. Add-ons include SMS, WhatsApp, Remote Assist and AI Advisor.
