RabbitMQ

One broker to queue them all

Visit RabbitMQ

RabbitMQ is an open source messaging and streaming broker that enables communication between applications, particularly distributed microservices, real-time data systems, and IoT deployments. It supports several open standard protocols, including AMQP 1.0 and MQTT 5.0, and offers multiple client libraries for different programming languages. The broker can be deployed in cloud environments, on-premises, or on local machines, and provides options for routing, filtering, streaming, federation, message acknowledgement, and cluster replication.

RabbitMQ is free under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. Broadcom also offers a commercial edition, Tanzu RabbitMQ, which adds 24/7 expert support, longer lifecycle, disaster recovery, cloud cost savings, and industry compliance. The project maintains public security advisories across its GitHub repositories, and commercial customers can access vulnerability information through the Broadcom Support Portal.
