Parahelp

Build an AI support agent that securely uses your tools

Visit Parahelp

Parahelp is an AI support agent platform designed to resolve complex customer issues end-to-end rather than only answering questions. It connects to a company's ticketing system and knowledge sources, then uses connected tools to take actions on behalf of the customer. The platform includes two agents: a Customer Agent that handles issues across email, live chat, and Slack, and an Internal Agent that builds, tests, and improves the Customer Agent through natural language instructions.

The Customer Agent connects to ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, Front, Plain, and Pylon, and to tools including Stripe, Retool, Linear, and any other tool with an API or MCP. It uses docs, help centers, and internal knowledge sources, with memory built by the Internal Agent. Guardrails include intelligent escalations when context is missing, team approvals for sensitive actions (approvable from Slack), and hard-coded rules enforced before every action. Security features include SOC 2 Type II compliance, GDPR compliance, granular role-based permissions, data encryption at rest and in transit, and a policy against training general AI models on customer data.

Parahelp is aimed at fast-growing companies handling customer support at scale. Pricing is organized into three editions based on monthly ticket volume: Start for startups under 3K tickets per month, Scale for high-growth teams between 3K and 20K tickets per month, and Custom for 20K+ tickets per month. Each edition combines a monthly platform fee with per-resolved-ticket pricing for the Customer Agent and usage-based pricing for the Internal Agent. A 14-day trial is available, and all editions include unlimited team members; Scale adds SSO/SAML, role-based permissions, and priority support, while Custom adds tailored onboarding and custom SLAs.
