It applies policy checks, approval gates, and audit-ready execution logs across IT, HR, Legal, and Finance service desks, covering access requests, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and SaaS approvals.
Core capabilities include AI-native workflows built from natural language descriptions, access management with just-in-time and birthright provisioning, policy enforcement with automatic audit trails, and a learning layer that suggests automations based on manual fixes. It integrates with ITSM, identity, HRIS, ERP, collaboration, knowledge, developer, and endpoint systems, including ServiceNow, Okta, Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, and Microsoft Intune. Security controls include SAML and SCIM identity federation, least-privilege scoping, approval-gated sensitive actions, encryption in transit and at rest, and hybrid deployment paths.
