Wizu is a conversational survey platform that collects customer feedback through AI-enhanced surveys and analyzes responses into organized, actionable insights. It is offered as two products: Wizu Surveys for collecting responses and Wizu Prism for analyzing feedback.
Wizu Surveys uses intelligent follow-up questions and contextual probing to explore responses in more depth. Wizu Prism applies AI-powered analysis to organize scattered feedback and support data-driven decisions. The Wizu Feedback Agent, introduced in 2023, is built on the OpenAI platform and provides a GPT-based survey experience. The platform is available through a web app, and the site notes that getting started requires no contracts or credit card.
