Voicepanel is an AI-native feedback platform for research and product teams that combines surveys, interviews, usability tests, voice, video, screen recordings, text, and tasks into a single study. It addresses the fragmentation of running these methods across separate tools, bringing what people say, do, and why into one place. The platform also handles participant recruitment and analysis, with results connected to product tools through MCP and API.

Core capabilities include a feedback engine with stimuli support, randomization, conditional branching, automatic translation, and custom branding; rapid recruitment via built-in panel partners, links, in-product intercepts, custom quotas, and incentive management; and connected insights such as AI-generated reports, highlight reels, chat with your data, cross-tab analysis, Slack integration, and persona segmentation. Enterprise controls cover custom AI prompts and models, SSO, study-level permissions, multiple workspaces, REST API, and MCP server access.

Voicepanel is aimed at research and product teams with ongoing research needs. It is packaged in two ways: an Agent plan for ad-hoc studies executed on your behalf, and an Enterprise plan for full platform access with custom AI, governance, and commercial terms. Built-in panel pricing is usage-based, while Enterprise agreements allow unlimited responses with your own audiences. A trial can be arranged for Enterprise evaluation, and pricing is tailored based on needs, team size, and expected usage.
