The platform includes US Payroll, Contractor Management, Employer of Record, Contractor Pro, an API for automating onboarding and payments, and a White Label option. Finance modules cover Cash, Spend, Invoicing, and Accounting. Integrations include QuickBooks, Simply Insured, Thatch, Next Insurance, Human Interest, and Accrue 401(k), with Xero listed as coming soon. Additional capabilities include role-based access control, inbuilt HR tools, reporting, and a dedicated Slack support channel. Thera AI is listed as coming soon, and Thera Rewards, a payroll-based points program, is in development.
