greytHR is a cloud-based HRMS and payroll platform that brings recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, performance management, expense claims, and exit workflows into one system under a single login. It is designed to replace disconnected tools and spreadsheets, maintaining one employee record across the hire-to-retire lifecycle. The platform supports statutory payroll processing across Indian states, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS, with direct government portal filing.
Core capabilities include payroll processing, leave management, employee self-service, onboarding and exit workflows, helpdesk, and analytics. Attendance can be captured through biometric devices, GPS, GeoMark+, or VISAGE face recognition, feeding into a unified leave and attendance engine connected to payroll. The platform includes an AI assistant called NAVOS, which handles tasks such as granting leave, generating reports, updating records, and approving requisitions through natural-language commands, with access governed by user roles and permissions. Additional modules cover performance management, time sheets, expense management, recruitment, alumni engagement, GPS live tracking, and multi-company support. The employee portal is available on web and mobile, providing access to payslips, leave balances, claims, and tax declarations.
greytHR is offered in three editions: Essential, Growth, and a custom Premium tier. Essential covers payroll, leave, and core HR; Growth adds advanced attendance, shift management, and overtime; Premium includes all modules. Plans are priced per month with a base allowance of 50 employees and additional per-employee charges above that threshold. Several modules are available as add-ons on lower tiers and included in Premium. A 7-day free trial is available, and subscriptions can be changed or cancelled without lock-in.
