Scratchpad

Scratchpad is a sales workspace that sits between sellers and Salesforce, providing a modern interface for working deals while keeping Salesforce as the system of record. It addresses the admin work of updating CRM records, taking notes, and tracking process adherence by connecting day-to-day selling activity directly to Salesforce data.

The product combines a Salesforce UI with sheets and notes, a call recorder and notetaker with Zoom integration, and AI field updates that extract information from calls, meetings, emails, and notes to write into Salesforce. Additional capabilities include a Deal & Account Agent for querying deal context, custom prompts with usage insights, a Hygiene Monitor for tracking CRM data quality and process adherence, and integrations with Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Meet, and Gong. It connects via API, inherits Salesforce permissions and layouts, and supports record type layouts and audit history for long-form text fields. Security includes SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, encryption in transit and at rest, and SSO support.

Scratchpad is packaged in Solo, Team, and Enterprise editions, priced per user with monthly or yearly billing, with custom pricing for Enterprise. AI credits are allocated per user per month or year depending on the plan, with unlimited credits on Enterprise. A managed package allows administrators to provision access by user profile, and AI features can be enabled or opted out of.
