Octave BricsCAD

Octave BricsCAD is a 2D and 3D CAD platform built on native DWG, designed to support drafting, modeling, mechanical design, building information modeling, and surveying workflows in one environment. It is offered in five product levels: Lite, Pro, Mechanical, BIM, and Ultimate, with the latter combining the mechanical and BIM toolsets.

The platform includes 2D drafting and block tools, sheet set management, annotations and printing, LISP routines, 3D modeling, land surveying and point cloud toolsets, mechanical assembly and inspection tooling, bill of materials generation, sheet metal fabrication, and native IFC classification, import, and export, along with RVT/RFA import and a project database. It also supports third-party applications and an add-on for importing 3D geometry and PMI data from major CAD applications. AI-driven tools cover predictive commands, drawing cleanup, and guided editing.

BricsCAD is aimed at engineering, architecture, civil engineering, surveying, manufacturing, and product design professionals. Licenses are available as single-seat or network (floating) licenses, with subscription terms of one or three years and lifetime perpetual options. A 30-day trial provides access to the full Ultimate feature set.
