Businesses can configure welcome messages, follow-up timing, brand voice, escalation rules, quote thresholds, and scheduling instructions from a single dashboard.

Key capabilities include an instant AI first reply, a multi-touch follow-up cadence, a built-in calendar for appointment booking, CRM synchronization, and a performance dashboard. The AI Voice Agent handles inbound calls, outbound lead callbacks, and bulk outreach to existing customer lists. Supported channels include Yelp, Thumbtack, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, and Google Local Services Ads. NZLeads is available on mobile web for iOS and Android, with a live Android app and an iOS app listed as coming soon.

Pricing is flat per connected source, with each channel billed monthly at its own rate and no per-lead fees or lead caps. The voice agent is optional and billed separately at a monthly rate per phone number plus a per-minute usage charge. A 7-day trial is available for eligible first-time customers. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no contract, and channels can be added or removed at any time.
