Frizzle

The Operating System for Every Classroom

Visit Frizzle

Frizzle is an AI grading tool that reads handwritten student work from photos, document cameras, or scanners, covering math, ELA, science, social studies, and essays. It processes each page step by step rather than only checking final answers, tagging named misconceptions, tracing prerequisite gaps, and linking flags to the exact spot on the page. Live dashboards show which students are stuck and which errors are spreading, and school-level views aggregate anonymized signal across subjects, grades, and buildings.

Features include handwriting recognition across print and cursive, support for multiple valid solution paths, custom rubrics and feedback styles, misconception tracking, and standards alignment for CCSS, NGSS, TEKS, and other state frameworks. Integrations include Google Classroom, Canvas, Clever, and ClassLink rostering, with SSO/SAML on institutional plans. The tool is curriculum-agnostic and works without student accounts or devices.

Frizzle is packaged for individual teachers, schools, and districts. A free plan covers up to 50 worksheets per month with no credit card required; a Pro plan raises the monthly worksheet limit and adds custom rubrics, misconception tracking, and a 14-day trial. An Institution edition offers unlimited worksheets, admin dashboards, standards reporting, rostering, and a dedicated success manager on an annual contract. School-wide 30-day pilots are available for schools with five or more teachers.
