Desmos

Beautiful free math.

Visit Desmos

Desmos Studio is a Public Benefit Corporation that provides a free suite of math tools for exploring and representing mathematical ideas. The tools let users graph functions, work with matrices and geometry, and connect different representations dynamically, supporting tasks such as making conjectures and developing new ideas. The suite includes a Graphing Calculator, Scientific Calculator, Four Function Calculator, Notebook, Matrix, Geometry, and 3D Calculator. Notebook, currently in beta, combines math and graphs in a single workspace, while the Geometry tool combines calculator functionality with construction and transformation tools, and the 3D Calculator supports curves, surfaces, and points in three dimensions. Desmos also offers an API for embedding its tools into other products.

The tools are free to use, and the pages do not describe paid editions, trials, or seat-based or usage-based pricing. Desmos Studio states that its tools are used annually by over 75 million people worldwide and that it partners with curricula, learning software, and U.S. state-level assessments and digital college entrance exams. The suite is aimed at learners, educators, and developers who need interactive math tools for exploration, teaching, or integration into other products.
