The application includes guided tools such as Weekly Review, Mind Sweep, and AI-assisted Project Natural Planning, along with calendar aggregation for Google and Outlook accounts, delegation of tasks to collaborators, and contextual in-app help with a tutorial. It integrates with email, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Evernote, MS OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box, and offers apps for iOS and Android as well as browser access. Activity statistics are also available.

FacileThings is offered as a subscription with monthly, three-month, six-month, and yearly options, with no contract and cancellation available at any time.
