Drive Chat is aimed at automotive dealerships and OEM websites. Plans are packaged as Self Managed, Co-Managed, and Fully Managed, with Co-Managed and Fully Managed tiers priced by expected monthly lead volume; Self Managed is billed monthly by credit card. An initial 90-day period applies before the service continues as a flexible monthly subscription, and plans can be upgraded or cancelled. Additional agent accounts can be added to the Self Managed plan, and custom pricing is available for higher lead volumes.
