Dotclear

Open-source blogging engine for creating and managing multiple blogs.

Visit Dotclear

Dotclear is an open-source blog engine that lets users create and manage one or several blogs from a single installation. It addresses the need for a self-hosted publishing platform with a multilingual interface, distributed under a free licence.

Its feature set includes automated installation, multi-blog and multi-user management, static pages, a media manager, configurable appearance, built-in antispam, and a wide selection of themes and plugins. It is accessible and runs on a web server with PHP 8.2 to 8.5 and a database such as MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or SQLite. The project provides documentation, a discussion forum, shared theme and plugin repositories, and a suggestion tracker.

Dotclear is aimed at individuals and organizations wanting to host their own blogs. The software is free to use, with downloads available as ZIP or TAR/GZ archives, and the project accepts optional donations.
