Codyco is an AI phone operations platform for hotel groups that answers reservation calls around the clock, resolves routine guest questions, takes payments, and writes confirmed bookings directly into the hotel's PMS. It carries each call from the first ring through to a completed outcome, covering questions, reservations, payments, invoices, and handovers within the conversation.

The platform supports end-to-end booking workflows with Oracle OPERA Cloud, Sihot, and Apaleo, with other PMS platforms assessed against the required workflow before rollout. Hotels define which requests Codyco completes and which require a live transfer, structured handover, or follow-up by a person. Ambiguous, high-value, complaint, and safety-critical calls are routed to the hotel team with context. A personalized test number can be prepared within 48 hours to validate the guest experience and routing before a production PMS rollout.
