Almanac is a personal workspace for working with AI that brings together tasks, projects, conversations, and knowledge, keeping them organised as work progresses. It builds a wiki from emails, meetings, decisions, and completed work, connecting people, projects, and next steps. Conversations link to ongoing work, and tasks include their context, conversation, and prepared material. It can research and prepare work in the background, with consequential final steps left for review unless instructed otherwise.
Features include a connected wiki that stays up to date, agents that continue working when the laptop is closed, connected accounts, a Mac desktop app, and iMessage integration for continuing conversations from a phone. Source links help check where information came from, and the wiki and tasks can be corrected directly. Almanac runs on a connected ChatGPT subscription, with model usage counting toward that account's Codex limits.
Almanac is offered as a single Pro plan with a seven-day free trial requiring a card, after which the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. The ChatGPT subscription is separate.
