Wandora is a desktop application written in Java for collecting, storing, manipulating and publishing associative data and information about WWW resources. Its data model is multilayered and based on Topic Maps. It imports topic map formats, RDF and OBO files, and includes over 50 information extractors. It exports to RDF, GraphML, DOT and other formats, and includes visualizations such as a graph and treemap. An included HTTP server provides HTML visualizations and data APIs. It is intended for building taxonomies, ontologies, semantic networks and information mashups.
