UserBob
Affordable usability testing with real user videos and honest feedback.
UserBob is a remote, unmoderated usability testing service. You provide a URL or app, a scenario, and a task. Real users from the United States record their screen and voice as they attempt the task, giving first-person, unbiased feedback. Tests can be as short as 1 minute (first impressions) or longer (task completion). You pay per video, starting at $1 per video. The service also offers a REST API and an AI-native Agent Spec (agents.json) so AI agents and tools like Claude, Cursor, and custom GPTs can programmatically launch and manage tests. Videos can be white-labeled for UX firms.
