SIP3

Real-time monitoring and troubleshooting for VoIP and RTC traffic.

Visit SIP3

SIP3 is an open-source platform designed for real-time monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting of VoIP and RTC network performance, particularly in environments with large traffic volumes. It addresses the challenge of diagnosing network problems and service disruptions quickly, helping support teams reduce the time spent resolving customer issues and improving overall service quality.

The platform is built from four core components: Captain, a capturing agent and data adapter; Salto, a high-performance event-driven pipeline; Twig, an API engine for correlating call data; and Hoof, a user-friendly web interface. Key capabilities include a real-time analytics dashboard for live call monitoring, an advanced search feature for end-to-end call correlation, and an OpenAPI for integration with external systems. SIP3 also supports standard metric exports to InfluxDB and Prometheus.

SIP3 is tailored for VoIP service providers, telecom operators, and organizations with high traffic loads and large customer bases. It is available in three editions: Community Edition (CE) with core real-time SIP and RTCP analysis; Enterprise Edition (EE) which adds advanced capture, RTP/SRTP/DTMF analysis, and centralized management; and Telecom Edition (TE) which includes high-load optimizations, SCTP protocol support, and high-availability clustering.
