OnSIP

Hosted VoIP built for the way you work

Visit OnSIP

OnSIP is a cloud-based hosted VoIP phone service that replaces on-site PBX hardware with a business phone system managed in the cloud. It combines voice calling, SMS/MMS messaging, video calling, conferencing, and call center functionality in a single platform, supporting remote and distributed teams.

Core capabilities include auto attendants, business hour rules, ring groups, call recording, voicemail, 3-way conferencing, and HD conference suites for up to 15 participants. Call center tools cover ACD queues, live dashboards, historical reporting, and supervisor monitor/whisper/barge controls. The service runs through browser, desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux), and mobile apps, and works with SIP-enabled phones. End-to-end encryption and MFA are available, and the platform integrates with Odoo, Zendesk, and HubSpot.

OnSIP is aimed at businesses of varying sizes seeking a customizable, cloud-managed phone system. It is offered on month-to-month terms with a free starting option and free onboarding. Two plans are referenced: Basic and Unlimited. The Unlimited plan includes desk phones (with a five-user minimum) and free calling to more than 20 countries, with international dialing available to over 150 countries.
