SetSmart is an AI assistant that handles direct messages on Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, replying around the clock to qualify leads and book sales calls. It is aimed at coaches who would otherwise respond to DMs manually and risk losing prospects to slow replies.
The assistant supports AI qualification, automated follow-ups, voice and audio replies, image understanding, and multilingual 24/7 responses. Booking and calendar tools include Calendly, Cal.com, GoHighLevel and iClosed, alongside DM keyword triggers, comment auto-reply, story reply automation and broadcast campaigns. Integrations cover Shopify, API access and an MCP (Claude) connector, with a unified inbox, contacts and tags, an analytics dashboard, and template messages.
SetSmart is packaged by monthly AI message volume rather than features: every plan includes the full platform, with Light, Pro, Scale and Enterprise editions differing in included messages and top-up rates. A 7-day free trial starts each plan, and annual billing is offered at a discount. Usage is metered per AI reply, with template and mini-model replies counted at half a message, and automatic top-ups can be capped or disabled.
