SCM-Manager
Host and manage Git, Mercurial, and Subversion repositories over HTTP.
SCM-Manager is a source code management tool for hosting and administering Git, Mercurial and Subversion repositories through a single web interface. It is designed to run on the platform of your choice without requiring separate web servers, databases or caches, and all settings are managed from the web interface rather than configuration files.
The tool includes a plugin system with a plugin API for extending functionality, a Level 3 RESTful web service covering its functions for integration with internal processes, configurable authentication mechanisms, and a fine-grained authorization model for assigning permissions to users and groups. It also provides a web-based user interface for administration.
SCM-Manager is released under the AGPL-3.0-only open source license and is available at no cost.
