Kallithea is a GPLv3-licensed source code management system that supports both Mercurial and Git. It provides a web interface for users and administrators and can be installed on your own server to host repositories for the version control system of your choice.

It includes a built-in push/pull server supporting Mercurial and Git wire protocols over HTTPS and SSH, with an access management system controlling repository permissions per operation, plus authenticated and logged requests. LDAP integration supports existing authentication systems, while a JSON-RPC API and extensions interface allow integration with an issue tracker of your choice. Code review features include a built-in pull requests system for forking, submitting, commenting on, and discussing changes. Additional capabilities include an online web editor, file upload through the browser, a changelog visualized with a DAG graph, colored diffs, and commit statistics.

Kallithea is a member project of Software Freedom Conservancy. Source code and release tarballs are available for download, and the development repository is described as stable and usable in production.
