It handles vendor onboarding, tax form collection, approval workflows, compliance checks, and reconciliation, reducing the manual effort involved in paying large numbers of vendors and contractors.
The platform offers a REST API and CSV uploads for bulk payments, invoice capture with OCR, and AI-powered predictive bill coding. It includes approval workflows, role-based access controls, audit trails, vendor compliance checks with watchlist screening, and tax management covering W-9/W-8 forms and 1099/1042-S reporting. Integrations provide two-way sync with accounting and ERP systems including Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Oracle NetSuite.
Routable is aimed at finance, operations, and development teams handling recurring payment volume. Pricing is organized into Growth, Scale, and Enterprise editions, with Growth billed monthly or annually and the higher tiers priced on request. Growth includes unlimited seats, accounting/ERP integrations, and domestic, international, and instant payments; Scale adds invoice automation, trainable OCR, PO matching, predictive coding, and advanced approval workflows.
