Poth Labs is an AI customer intelligence platform that connects customer conversations, CRM records, support tickets, feedback, and product data into an inspectable knowledge layer. The platform answers questions with citations to retrieved quotes, tickets, metrics, or notes, using retrieval signals for confidence. When connected evidence is insufficient, Poth drafts a question for the relevant customers, and responses file back against the account as new evidence. Supported connection paths include managed app connectors for HubSpot, Slack, Gmail, Notion, and Sentry; direct sources for PostHog, Stripe, PostgreSQL, and Databricks SQL; meeting and call sources such as Granola, Clari Copilot, Fireflies, and Calendly; and bounded CSV or TXT imports. Connections are read-only and scoped to authorized access, with each workspace running against an isolated database.
