Pinball Map
User-updated map of public pinball machines worldwide.
Pinball Map is an open source, crowdsourced worldwide map of public pinball machines, founded in 2008. It helps players find places to play and keeps the underlying data current through community contributions: registered users can add and remove machines, submit locations, edit location details, add machine comments, and record high scores. The data is maintained by administrators and active users, and the project is not monetized.
The service includes a website, a free mobile app for Android and iOS with no ads or tracking, and an API that requires a key for access. Regional maps cover predefined areas curated by local administrators. Operators can register their business, tag their locations, and receive email notifications when comments are left on their machines. The code is open source, and support is offered through recurring or one-time donations.
