Coral — A better commenting experience

Visit Coral

Coral is open source commenting and community software for publishers' websites. It gives commenters features such as identifying journalists in a conversation, muting voices, sharing discussions, and receiving notifications and new comment alerts, while moderators get a suite of tools for identifying disruptive comments and surfacing submissions, supported by AI. The code contains no ads, trackers, hidden pixels, or marketing scripts.

The platform is customizable and responsive, connects to existing registration systems, and can be extended through a GraphQL API and the open source codebase. It supports CMS and SSO integration, comment migration from other systems, and pairing with a publisher's programmers.

Coral is aimed at publishers and newsrooms. Hosting is arranged through a quote based on the publisher's needs, with setup, consulting, support, and strategic partnership available alongside the technology.
