Payflow is a mobile financial wellbeing application that gives employees access to earned salary on demand and flexible compensation benefits through a single app, while providing employers with a cloud platform to manage the service. It is designed to help employees control when and how they receive pay, including access to earned salary during the month and the option to advance part of extra payments, with deductions applied at the end of the month.
The app includes on-demand salary access, a card for flexible compensation savings on categories such as meals, public transport, childcare and training, an interactive financial education platform, and a benefits and discounts catalogue. Employers use a cloud platform to manage Payflow and Flexflow, with integrations across more than 60 HR and payroll systems. The service is available in Spain, Portugal, Colombia and Peru, and is offered to employees at no cost.
