Everee is a payroll platform for paying W-2 and 1099 workers on flexible schedules, including daily, weekly, or on-demand runs, with same-day ACH and pay card options. It addresses compliance across all 50 states, multi-jurisdiction tax calculations, multiple EINs, and tax form prompts by location, alongside W-2 and 1099 filings, overtime calculations, leave policies, ACA reporting, and workers' comp and garnishments support. Onboarding features include remote I-9 verification, E-Verify, credential tracking, and custom document packages.
The platform is organized into Flex Pay and Flex Credit for payment scheduling and payroll financing, Flex Build for white-label and embedded payroll via APIs, webhooks, and embeddable components, and Flex Suite for compliance and classification coverage. Integrations span staffing and ATS tools, workforce management, benefits administration, and accounting, with timesheet uploads and API connections for other systems. AI-driven automated payroll, a worker mobile app, and embeddable onboarding are also available.
Everee serves staffing, gig, and other flexible-workforce businesses, as well as technology partners embedding payroll into their own products. Pricing is usage-based: a per-payment plan for flexible workforces, a per-active-employee plan for consistent teams, and revenue-share or wholesale arrangements for Payroll As A Service.
