PageProofer

PageProofer is a visual feedback and bug tracking tool that lets teams leave notes, screen recordings and annotations directly on a website, so feedback can be collected, organized and acted on without leaving the page. It replaces spreadsheets and email threads with a single place for website feedback during development, QA and UAT.

Notes attach to specific page elements and can include file attachments, screenshots, screen annotations and video screen recordings with drawing. Each note captures browser, OS, screen size, console errors and other technical details. A project dashboard supports search, tag and due-date filters, priorities and statuses, with @mentions, user permissions and keyboard shortcuts. It works across modern browsers and devices, and pushes notifications to third-party project management and collaboration tools. AI agent access (MCP) is included.

PageProofer is aimed at web development teams, designers and clients. It is packaged in three seat-based editions — Freelancer, Team and Agency — with limits on users and unlimited sites, plus additional users at a per-user rate. Integrations are included from the Team edition upward, while Agency adds custom branding and priority support. A free 15-day trial is available without a credit card; there is no free plan, and billing can be monthly or annual.
