Feedbucket

A website feedback tool made for agencies, loved by their clients

Visit Feedbucket

Feedbucket is a website feedback and annotation tool built for web agencies. It lets clients leave feedback directly on a staging site without creating an account or installing a browser extension, then syncs that feedback as tasks into the team's existing project management tool, reducing the need for email threads and separate feedback platforms.

Clients can click anywhere on a page to leave annotated screenshots, record screen videos with or without audio, and attach files. Feedback automatically captures technical context such as URL, browser, OS, screen resolution, and console logs. Collaboration features include shared comment threads, feedback pins to reduce duplicates, tags, mentions, and open/resolved states. Feedbucket offers two-way sync with more than 15 integrations, including Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp, Monday.com, Linear, GitLab, GitHub, Teamwork, Shortcut, Notion, Zapier, Slack, email, and webhooks, plus an MCP connector and API access. A native WordPress plugin is available, and custom branding can be applied to the client-facing widget.

Feedbucket is aimed at freelancers, solo agencies, and web design teams. It is packaged in Pro, Business, and Enterprise editions, with team-member limits and unlimited projects, feedback, and client reporters. A 14-day free trial with access to all features is available without a credit card.
