OpenReplay

Self-hosted session replay and product analytics

Visit OpenReplay

OpenReplay is an open-source session replay and product analytics platform that can be self-hosted, giving teams control over where customer data is stored and processed. It records how users interact with web and mobile applications, helping teams identify friction, reproduce issues, and understand user behavior without relying on third-party data processors.

The platform includes session replay with error, network, and performance context; product analytics with funnels, user journeys, trends, heatmaps, and web analytics; co-browsing for live in-app support; and developer tools for debugging. Integrations connect backend logs from monitoring tools such as Sentry and Datadog, state management libraries like Redux and Vuex, and issue reporting through Jira, GitHub, and Slack. A REST API supports fetching sessions, users, events, and live data, and events can be exported to data warehouses.

OpenReplay is aimed at engineering, product management, customer support, and research and design teams. It is packaged as a free open-source edition for self-hosting, a fully managed Dedicated cloud instance billed hourly with a seven-day trial, and an Enterprise edition for self-hosted deployments at scale with SAML/SCIM, audit logging, dedicated support, and volume pricing.
