New Relic

All-in-one observability platform.

Visit New Relic

New Relic is an observability platform that brings application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, log management, browser and mobile monitoring, synthetic checks, and AI monitoring into a single data layer. It correlates metrics, events, logs, and traces with business data to help teams move from identifying a problem to understanding its cause. The platform also includes an Agentic Ecosystem that connects New Relic's native AI agents, such as Autopilot, with customer-built and third-party agents through open standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and open APIs.

Key capabilities include APM with distributed tracing and service maps, infrastructure monitoring for hosts and Kubernetes, log management with logs-in-context, digital experience monitoring, and AI monitoring for model performance and prompt analytics. The platform supports OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, StatsD, and eBPF, and offers over 800 pre-built integrations. AI features include automatic root cause analysis, predictive alerting, natural language access, and Ground Truth, which provides pre-correlated operational context to agents.

New Relic is packaged with a perpetual free tier that includes 100 GB of monthly data ingest, unlimited basic users, and one full platform user. Paid editions—Standard, Pro, and Enterprise—scale by user type (basic, core, and full platform) and data ingest, with optional Data Plus and Advanced Compute add-ons. A compute-based pricing model is also available, charging for compute capacity rather than user licenses.
