Okular
The Universal Document Viewer
Okular is a free, open-source document viewer from the KDE project that handles PDF, EPub, DjVu and Markdown documents, image formats including JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF and WebP, and comic archives in CBR and CBZ. It provides a single interface for reading, navigating and annotating these formats.
Annotation mode supports inline and popup notes, highlighting, underlining and added text, while Selection mode allows copying text from documents and Magnifier mode enlarges small text. A Thumbnails panel and Content panel support browsing, and PDF digital signatures can be viewed, verified and created. Okular is released under GPLv2+ and is available through KDE's download page.
