Tencent Docs is a cloud-based document workspace for creating and co-editing Word, Excel, and PPT files online. It keeps changes synchronized across devices and supports simultaneous multi-user editing, with permissions that can be set for QQ and WeChat contacts. The platform also includes templates for Word, Excel, and PPT, and offers an AI workbench that combines multiple source materials into editable, deliverable documents, along with an AI assistant and human-AI co-writing.
Beyond core documents, Tencent Docs provides spreadsheets, slides, PDFs, collection forms, smart documents, smart tables, whiteboards, mind maps, and flowcharts. It integrates with WorkBuddy and offers an Open API, plugins, a template library, and an SDK for online Office file preview. The enterprise edition adds organization-based collaboration, permission controls, sensitive-behavior alerts, operation logs, document recycling, and handover of departing employees' documents. It is available on Windows, Mac, iOS/iPad, Android, Linux, and mini-programs.
