MindFi is an employee assistance platform that provides mental health and coaching support for distributed and remote teams. It addresses the challenge of offering consistent, culturally relevant care across a global workforce by connecting employees with next-day access to therapy and coaching in over 60 countries and 70+ languages. The platform centralizes EAP management for employers while giving employees direct access to care through a web portal and mobile app.
The platform includes 1-to-1 therapy and coaching with a network of over 1,500 providers, psychometric assessments, self-help resources, and 24/7 support via web, WhatsApp, and phone. Employers can use an HR analytics dashboard for anonymized reporting on engagement and utilization, and configure budgets with session limits and per-employee spend controls. Enterprise features include SAML Single Sign-On, HRIS directory sync via SCIM, wellbeing pulse surveys, and industry benchmarking. The platform is built on Google Cloud Platform and is ISO 27001:2022 certified and GDPR compliant.
MindFi is designed for HR and people teams at organizations of varying sizes, from small teams to large enterprises. It is packaged in three editions: a free Basic plan for teams under 20, a Business plan for teams of 20 or more with a per-employee platform fee and a minimum user count, and a custom-priced Enterprise plan for organizations with 500 or more employees. Therapy sessions are billed separately on a pay-per-use basis, with rates set by the country of the provider. Annual billing is available at a discount, and on-demand services such as critical incident support and workshops are offered as add-ons.
