ManageMeals is a recipe manager that lets you import recipes by URL and organize them in a clean interface without ads or extra page text. It covers recipe storage, search, meal planning, and shopping lists, with a hosted service and a self-hosted option for people who want to store their own data.

Features include fast search that tolerates spelling mistakes, light and dark modes, responsive layouts, printer-friendly recipe styles, and a cooking mode that keeps the screen on. Meal plans can cover a single day or a week, use meal types for multiple courses, and be generated automatically or selected manually. Shopping lists are built from recipe ingredients or meal plans, and recipes can be shared via a link that anyone can view without registering. Import works through URL entry, a bookmarklet, and a Firefox browser extension; the code is open source on GitHub.

ManageMeals is offered as a free hosted service with no credit card required, and a self-hosted version is available through GitHub. Donations are accepted to support development.
