Luciq (formerly Instabug) is a mobile-first observability platform that captures mobile signals at the device edge and structures them into agent-ready context, ranked by impact. It addresses the problem of teams juggling multiple tools while missing mobile-specific signals such as crashes, ANRs, visual bugs, funnel drop-offs, and sentiment feedback.
The platform comprises three modules: Signals, which captures issues, business and engagement signals, and sentiment across 100% of sessions; Companion, which provides a prioritized, deduplicated issue queue with root cause analysis and repro steps; and Autopilot, which writes fixes, opens pull requests, and manages guarded releases.
