LogicHub Cases (Slack Integration)
Slack integration for LogicHub case management
An administrator enables Slack for the organization via Settings > Case Settings. Once enabled, any user who creates a case can connect it to a Slack channel. Connecting is done from the Comments area of a case; by default a new channel is created with the same name as the case, or an existing channel can be used. Conversations can be started from either Slack or the case, and text entered in one appears in the other. Attachments added in Slack are listed in the LogicHub case along with a private URL for access, and case commands run in LogicHub are reported in the Slack channel.
