Keep is an open-source AIOps and alert management platform that collects, queries, enriches and automates alerts across monitoring, incident response, ticketing, source control, change management and CMDB systems. It provides a single pane of glass for alerts, with bidirectional integrations that keep signals in sync and rule-based grouping to reduce noise.
Core capabilities include Common Express Language for querying and slicing alert data, a YAML-based workflow engine with a UI for tasks such as querying MySQL, enriching alerts, updating Jira tickets and running Python scripts, and AI-driven alert correlation and summarisation available in the Enterprise edition. It can be deployed self-hosted, on Keep Cloud, or on-premises.
Keep is aimed at SREs, operators and engineers working with alerts in complex environments, from startups to large enterprises. Pricing is offered in three plans: a free Startup plan for personal or non-commercial projects, a paid Growth plan with limits on deduplicated alerts and included workflows, integrations and users, and a custom-priced Enterprise + AI plan with unlimited workflows, integrations and users, RBAC, SAML/SSO, high availability and 24/7 support.
