Fork

A git client for Mac and Windows.

Visit Fork

Fork is a desktop Git client for macOS and Windows, developed by two software developers as a side project that became a product. It aims to make everyday Git work easier to perform through a graphical interface rather than the command line.

Core capabilities include fetch, pull, push, commit and amend; branch, tag, and remote repository management; checkout, cherry-pick, revert, merge, rebase, stashes, and submodules. It offers a commit view with line-by-line staging, an advanced diff viewer with image diffs, history and blame views, interactive rebase, a merge-conflict helper and built-in resolver, reflog for restoring lost commits, and a repository manager. Additional support covers Git-flow, Git LFS, GPG, and GitHub notifications.

Fork is aimed at developers who work with Git repositories regularly. It is available for macOS 10.11+ and Windows 7+, offered as a paid download with a free evaluation period.
