deepstream.io
A realtime server for the modern web
deepstream.io is an open realtime data-sync server for mobile, web and IoT applications. It lets clients and backend services synchronize data and exchange events, with authentication and permissions applied from the user level down to individual messages. Configuration is handled server-side without writing code, and the server can connect to existing caches, databases and message buses.
Its core modules include records for interactive JSON document sync with persistence and cache/storage, events for publish-subscribe messaging, RPCs for request-response workflows with routing, presence for monitoring online users and login/logout events, and listening for reactive subscriptions that notify services when a topic is subscribed to. Guides, tutorials, documentation and a blog are available alongside the product.
