BusyCal is a calendar application for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS that combines events, tasks, and notes in a single view. It syncs with iCloud, Google, Exchange, and CalDAV calendars, and supports natural language event entry in multiple languages, smart filters, calendar sets, time zone management, travel time, weather, and widgets.
Features include Day, Week, Month, Year Planner, and List views; a menu-bar extension; tasks with Reminders sync; sticky notes; tags; conference calls; time blocking; journaling; and a Claude Desktop Extension for managing the calendar through natural conversation. It also offers an 8-day weather forecast, moon phases, sunrise and sunset times, and customizable alerts.
BusyCal is aimed at users who want detailed control over their schedule, including power users. It is available as a paid app with a free 14-day trial, and can also be obtained through Setapp.
