The platform includes a Job Board & Careers Portal for publishing roles and capturing applications, an Applicant Tracking System with screening, scorecards and interview scheduling, and an onboarding module that starts tasks when an offer is accepted. Orion AI drafts job descriptions. Core HR features include a digital employee file, leave and time-off management, expense claims, timesheets, shift planning, performance reviews, OKR tracking, training, pulse surveys and reporting and analytics. It integrates with job boards, LinkedIn, social media and referral channels, and runs on AWS with load balancing, encryption, SSO and MFA.
