Botkeeper is an AI-powered bookkeeping platform for accounting firms, designed to reduce manual data entry and help firms manage multiple client entities from one place. It uses machine learning to categorize transactions, reconcile bank statements, and flag exceptions for review, while also providing task management, document storage, and client communication tools.

Key modules include Activity Hub for centralized communications, Work for task and project management, Documents with unlimited storage and searchable client folders, Transaction Manager for AI-driven categorization, Smart Connect for linking financial data, Password Manager, Bot Review for flagging ledger variances, Client & User Management for role-based permissions, Transaction Insights for machine learning performance reporting, Auto Bank Rec (beta) for automated reconciliations, Journal Entry Automation for amortization and loan schedules, Firm Insights for operational visibility, and Financial Insights, developed in partnership with Google, for KPI-focused analysis. Botkeeper Infinite is built for accounting firms of varying sizes, from smaller firms to larger practices. Firms can bring any number of clients onto the platform, with annual or month-to-month agreements available. Support is included as a standard package with options to upgrade, and all users have access to a knowledge base and the Botkeeper University learning environment.
